In order to assess the activity and stability of the photothermal catalytic CRM when subjected to focused light irradiation from a 500 W Xe lamp at ambient pressure, a custom-built quartz window reactor (see Figure S1) was employed. The reactor was continuously fed with a feed stream containing 20 vol% CH4, 20 vol% CO2, and 60 vol% Ar at a flow rate of 90.2 ml/min, which was controlled by a mass flow meter (S49-31/MT). Reactant and product measurements were obtained using a GC-9560 gas chromatograph.
