In summary, this paper proposes a digital twin-based approach for engine manufacturing process management. The digital twin model is established to simulate the production process and optimize key parameters, while the 3D visual monitoring system enables real-time tracking of product status and fault situations. The research results demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of digital twinning technology in improving production efficiency and quality control in the manufacturing industry. This study has important implications for promoting the intelligence and digitalization of manufacturing processes.
