Table 1 (see Suppl.Table 1) summarizes the mechanical properties of the alloys, while Fig. 8a shows the engineering tensile-strain curves for the as-cast, as-built, and annealed samples. The as-cast sample exhibits a yield strength of ~473.4 MPa and an ultimate strength of 820 MPa. However, defects in the microstructure significantly worsen the mechanical properties of the as-built sample, leading to its lowest ultimate strength ( 451 MPa). In contrast, exceptional mechanical properties are observed in the annealed sample with a higher yield strength of ~690 MPa and an ultimate tensile strength of ~1076 MPa. The improved strength is attributed to cracks self-healing at high temperatures and precipitates induced by annealing.
