This is a data structure for the SPDK NVMe over Fabrics (NVMf) target. It contains a name, a mutex for synchronization, a counter for discovery generation, a maximum number of subsystems, an array of pointers to subsystems, a list of transports, a list of poll groups, a pointer to the next poll group for round-robin connection assignment, a callback function for target destruction, and a pointer to an argument for the callback function. This data structure is part of the implementation of the NVMf target in the SPDK library.
